Thank you for shopping with Basic Survival Gear LLC. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available. Shipping times vary based on the destination, carrier, and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. For the most current delivery information, please refer to the carrier's tracking page. If you do not receive tracking information within the stated processing timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Destinations

Basic Survival Gear LLC ships throughout the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where carrier services are available.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using our standard shipping method.

Customers who require expedited delivery may select and pay for an upgraded shipping option during checkout, when available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Orders over $150 USD may qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier operations, or other factors beyond our control.

If your shipment appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue and determining available options.

Customers may be asked to retain packaging materials and provide photographs of damaged items to support carrier claims.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package generally transfers to the recipient. If you believe a delivered package is missing, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier.

Order Protection

Some orders may include optional Order Protection coverage. When purchased, Order Protection may provide additional protection for qualifying lost, damaged, or stolen shipments, subject to the terms of the coverage provider.

Details regarding Order Protection eligibility and claims procedures will be provided during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Freight Shipments

Large or oversized orders may require freight delivery services. Freight charges, insurance costs, and special handling fees will be communicated before shipment when applicable.

Certain custom, bulk, or freight orders may be subject to special return restrictions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by their country.
