We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may be eligible to return or exchange your item under the conditions below:
You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and components, including:
Full equipment set (no missing parts)
Original purchase receipt
Warranty card (if provided)
Service department report (in case of a defect)
If the product has been opened for inspection or tested for functionality, a return may still be accepted, but we reserve the right to assess any decrease in value.
Items that are damaged, worn, or altered due to customer misuse will not be eligible for a full refund.
If the item was delivered defective or became damaged without customer fault, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange.
A service report may be required for items claimed as defective.
Returns are not accepted if any of the following are missing:
Original product components
Receipt proving the purchase from BasicSurvivalGear.com
Warranty card (if included)
Service report (for defective claims)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Funds will be returned within the time period required by applicable law (usually within 5–10 business days after approval of return).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A restocking fee (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the Refund Policy page.
